The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We ask that all guests arrive and be seated prior to then. Immediately following the ceremony will be cocktails, dinner and dancing. The reception will conclude at 11pm.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Ravenwood Golf Course, 929 Lynaugh Road, Victor New York 14564.

Formal attire is requested. Regardless of weather, the ceremony will take place in an open season room with heaters. There is no exposure to the elements, however, feel free to bring a jacket if you prefer.

A shuttle bus will be available for all guests departing from and returning to the Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor.

The first shuttle will depart to Ravenwood Golf Course for the Ceremony at 3:10pm.

The shuttle returning to the hotel will run on a schedule throughout the evening. The final shuttle run will depart Ravenwood Golf Course at 11:15pm.

Free parking is available at Ravenwood Golf Course and the Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor. Cars may be left overnight at Ravenwood Golf Course.

Uber/Lyft is readily available if you prefer.
